Blueberry Muffins

blueberry muffinIngredients:

2 cups fresh blueberries
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Grease muffin pan or line with muffin liners.

3. Beat together the butter, eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.

4. Mix the flour with baking powder and sift into the first mixture, alternating with milk.

5. Fold in the blueberries.

6. Pour into the muffin pan and bake for about 25 minutes.
